The "My account" section allows registered users to subscribe to services that provide privileged access to additional areas of the website with one single login.

What is the Download area?
How can I register at My account?
To register, click the "Create your account" link on the home page in "My account" section.
First, enter your name, company, country, a valid e-mail address that will be your login, and a password.
In the "YOUR PROFILE" section of the registration form, choose at least one of the profiles ("Marketing" and "Technical), and complete the required information for the chosen profile.
Your account will be activated when you click on the confirmation link contained in an email sent to you after your registration.

What is the Marketing profile?
This profile is for everyone interested in Four J's.
There is currently one service available for this profile, the Solutions Catalog, where you can subscribe at two levels:
- to consult the catalog.
- as a VAR, to list your solutions in the catalog.
In both cases your subscription request will have to be processed by Four J's.

What is the Solutions Catalog?
The Solutions Catalog can be accessed in the "ABOUT FOUR J's / Our solutions" section of the website.
It allows VARs to publish their products on our web site.

This service allows registered users to view more entries than users who are not registered in the Four J's technical FAQ which lists the frequently asked questions about the Four J's products.

What is the Four J's Development Tools Forum service?
This service allows registered users to take part in discussions about Four J's products in several forums, and to consult the Genero Customers archived mailing-list.

What is the Early Access Programs (EAP) service?
This service allows registered users for an EAP to:- access the EAP's website area where it is possible to:
- download the EAP packages,
- consult the EAP online documentation,
- read the EAP news,
- read and post in the EAP's mailing-list.
The current EAPs are available throught the "SUPPORT / Early Access Programs" section of the website.
